RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt.

 

In order to start the process please contact customer.services@micobi.co.uk and we will instruct you from there. Please be aware MICOBI reserves the right to assess the condition of the items returned and accept or reject returns.

Faulty Goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. You must contact us at customer.services@micobi.co.uk so we can resolve the issue. Please note all garments must be returned to us within 7 days from receiving the garment. Where possible we will offer to repair faulty items. You are welcome to exchange your item with something of the same value.

All items must be returned at buyer’s expense.
